Here's the Deal

Typically we develop an initial quote in just 72 hours. During this time we provide an estimate of the total savings and service level improvement. If you like the quote we will deliver you a firm offer within ten days.

Our approach is fully transparent and we commit to deliver:

1) An Arrangement that is Cash Positive from Day One:
We contractually commit to savings of 40 percent or more over the life of the service agreement and will provide a significant amount of these savings to you upfront. That's both instant gratification and long-term gain.

2) Guaranteed Performance Levels:
Together we will agree on a "performance improvement plan" at the outset of the services. Every 90 days we'll conduct a performance review, and give you a high degree of latitude to adjust service levels.

As part of our performance guarantee we will adopt an incentive plan which pays you if we fail to reach an agreed-upon target.

3) An Open-Book Approach:
Once the service "goes live," we show you how we arrive at all figures, including our costs and how much we charge for our service.

Further to our business model of high intimacy, we often invite senior client executives to attend our board meetings or join our advisory board, leading to a relationship more akin to a joint venture.

4) Gainsharing and Price Protection:
We remain true to the spirit of service agreement over its entire term. In a true partnership, if we reduce future costs through technological gains, better productivity and the like, we will share those gains with you.

Our clients and us will continually benchmark our savings against other third-party providers.
